Engineered coatings to improve overall performance and decrease wear corrosion, pitting and galling resistance.
Molecular Interfuse technology for a more advanced coating TCA Iinterfuse™ is a high-performance tungsten based coating with unique properties and characteristics. Designed to withstand ageist chemical attack. It also is effective in reducing wear & abrasion. This coating is Rocket Applied (RAM) with a bound straight of >92 MPa (15,000 psi) tensile strength. Rockwell Hardness/HRC-74+. Penetration from 25 micrometers to 0.030”+ – surface. Finishes precision grinding and lapping that allows us to achieve super finishes as high as 0.03 micro-finish and maintain the original dimensional specifications and tolerances. This will result in low friction rotating parts reducing heat and eliminating premature wear.
Uniform built up 0.25’’ to build up and machine worn components.
This coating is applied to critical valve trim, process control valves, Nozzles, wear rings, impellers, turbine parts, aircraft parts, pins, bushings, bearings, pistons rods, shafts housings, etc.
Hastelloy™ C276 coating known for its extreme defense barrier to chemical attack of corrosive acidic material handling. This material can be applied to parts and components. Our C276 will be interfused up to 0.025’’+ – into the molecular base material and will not chip or corrode over time this procedure is used to prevent erosion, severe corrosion, and washout cavitation.
Our Engineered Coatings are used on equipment handling the following materials:
Na0H Caustic Soda, Na, S/NaHS, (HH), C3H2N2oBr2, ferric chloride, hydrogen peroxide, sodium metabisulfite carbohydrazide, molten salts, salt water, drilling fluids and many others.
